We've been sorting 7 weeks of mail and catching up on laundry the last couple of days but I found some time to cull a few photos from the trip. Here goes.
Fury Cove, our anchorage before rounding Cape Caution southbound. Through the "windows" in the cove, you get to see the how the seas are outside. Annie backing me up at the helm.
A milestone on our journey. Log 1 is the total trip and Log 2 is from the fuel up at Port McNeill.
Looking in at the feared Malibu Rapids. It is a narrow "S" turn and you aren't able to see whether anyone is coming from the opposite direction.
Clouds hanging in the air of Princess Louisa Inlet.
Chatterbox Falls at the head of Princes Louisa.
The dock and visiting boats at Princess Louisa.
Don't drop anything in the water here, it is pretty deep.
Boats anchored in Silva Bay. It is hard to see but there is a rainbow back there.
The hanging baskets at Butchart Garden were in peak of blossom.
Our previous visits to Butchart were in April or May before the roses were in bloom but not this time.
