The weather remained fair as we cruised up to Squirrel Cove (May 14). We arrived about 1:30 PM. So far, We've covered 153 miles since Anacortes.
We spent the afternoon working on boat chores we've identified in our four days out on the water. It isn't surprising that we had a list of fix-its given that we were unable to get any "shakedown" cruises this winter or spring ahead of our departure.
We've been taking the conservative approach so far, only visiting anchorage sites we've been to before. Tomorrow we'll probably head into new territory for us.
