The storm, while winding down, was still severe enough that we stayed in our protected anchorage. We're hopeful we'll be able to continue on our journey tomorrow.
The rain has changed to showers but it is still pretty wet outside and we haven't gone paddling since the day we came in (June 8). Marcia took advantage of our down time to bake bread yesterday and muffins today. The interior windows have a lot of condensation on them from our breathing, cooking and dish washing. Cooking with propane has the disadvantage of putting more moisture in the air.
The boat population in Bottleneck for tonight is up to six boats, 3 power and 3 sail.
